How to set up your Church Metrics Dashboard

To customize the data displayed when you log into your account, it is important to set up your Dashboard. You can achieve your desired Dashboard layout by creating your own Widgets!

  1. To create a Widget, click the Add Widget button in the top right hand corner of your Dashboard.

2. Configure your Widget

  • Choose Category: Select the category you want to display on your Dashboard from the dropdown, including both default and custom categories.

  • Select Event: Optional – Pick an event to focus your widget on, but it’s not required.

  • Display Type: Choose how to display your data – "Numerical" shows it as numbers, "Chart" shows it as a line graph.

  • Display Range: Select the time range for your data: "Year," "Month," or "Week."

  • Widget Size: Choose the size of your widget on the grid – "2x4" is the smallest, "3x6" is the largest. Selecting "1x4" lets you compare to a previous time.

  • Time Comparison: If you choose "1x4," you can compare your data to "Last Week," "Last Year," or both.

  • Widget Name: Give your widget a name to easily identify it.

3. Once you click Save Widget, your Widget will then display on your Dashboard!

Deleting Widgets

To delete a widget from the Dashboard, hover your mouse over the widget and click the trash can icon. If you have just created the widget and the icon isn't visible, refresh the page.
