Can I Upload Photos into Church Metrics?

Church Metrics only supports numeric data entry for measurable categories such as attendance, giving, salvations, baptisms, and other statistics.

What You Can Input

  • Numbers (whole numbers or decimals)

  • Data tied to categories, service times, and campuses

  • Past or current data via manual entry or CSV import

What You Cannot Input

  • Photos or image files

  • Documents or attachments

  • Notes or free text entries (beyond category labels)

Do You Offer Professional Services to Help Set Up Church Metrics?

Since Church Metrics is a free platform, we do not offer paid setup or professional onboarding services.

Instead, we provide a robust set of self-service resources:

  • Help Center – Step-by-step guides on every feature

  • How-To Videos – Walkthroughs for setting up accounts, adding service times, and creating reports

  • Getting Started – A beginner-friendly section to guide you through setup and core features

Do I Need Technical Skills?

Most users manage their accounts without any coding or API knowledge.

API access is only needed if you want advanced integrations (e.g., syncing with Planning Center or creating highly customized reports).

Coding skill is required for the used of the Advanced Report Editor, which uses the Liquid scripting language.

Can I Schedule a Call to Learn About Church Metrics?

Not at this time. We don’t offer live demos, scheduled calls, or one-on-one training.

Instead, we encourage you to explore our help articles.

Even if you haven’t created an account yet, you can access these resources to preview how Church Metrics works and see if it fits your ministry.
