Is there a way to add service times to all campuses in one click?
At this time, Church Metrics does not support adding service times to all campuses in one step. Service times are configured individually for each campus, since each one may have different schedules.
Why Am I Seeing the Same Data Categories for Every Service Time?
Church Metrics is designed to show all configured categories across all service times. This helps keep your data structure consistent, but it does mean that even if different services track different data, the full list of categories will always appear during data entry.
How to Manage It
To track different data for different services:
Create all categories you need β including those specific to each service.
During data entry, only fill in the categories that apply to that specific service time.
For example, when entering data for your Friday night youth service, leave the Sunday-specific categories blank.
Do the same in reverse when entering data for your Sunday morning service.
While you can't customize which categories appear per service time, leaving irrelevant ones blank during entry is the best practice.
